Everyone using Authflow Rails, including creators and subscribers, must follow these rules. You are responsible for agents you run. Do not:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property or violate someone’s privacy.
- Create, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation; create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes or fraudulent impersonation.
- Commit fraud, steal credentials, spread malware, or disguise phishing as a sign-in or consent screen.
- Access systems or data without permission, evade access, payment or rate limits, manipulate usage reports, disrupt service, interfere with users or expose their information.
- Hide instructions in tool descriptions or results to make an AI client act against its user, reveal data or call other tools.
- Request passwords, payment details or other secrets in a tool without a clear need and safeguards to protect them.
- Use Authflow identifiers to track or profile people across other creators’ services, or sell information you receive through Rails.
- Misrepresent your identity on consent or paywall pages, use a client or brand name that isn’t yours, or imply Authflow endorses you.
- Offer a service directed to anyone under 18.
- Harass or threaten people, promote violence or hatred, or send spam.
- Sell a product or service prohibited by Stripe’s restrictions or your connected-account terms.
Reports and enforcement
Report misuse to abuse@authflow.ai. Include the resource URL and enough context to investigate, without illegal material or others’ secrets. Copyright notices must follow the requirements below. For other intellectual-property complaints, identify your rights, the material and your contact details.
We may investigate, require corrections, restrict access, disable resources, block republication or suspend workspaces and accounts, without advance warning for serious or urgent risks. Contact support@authflow.ai if you believe an action was mistaken. Creators must resolve customer billing when their service is restricted or removed.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Send infringement notices to our designated agent, Copyright Agent, Authflow LLC:
900 State St, Ste 1
Erie, PA 16501, United States
Email: abuse@authflow.ai
Your notice should include:
- The rights holder’s or authorized representative’s physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
- The material to remove or disable, with URLs and enough detail to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the rights holder, its agent and the law do not authorize the disputed use.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
These requirements follow 17 U.S.C. § 512. Send billing and service complaints to support@authflow.ai.
We help complete incomplete notices and act promptly on complete ones. We can remove material stored on Rails directly. Tool results pass through our gateway without storage; we forward those notices to the creator and may disable the resource. We send each notice, including contact details, to the creator or user who provided the material.
Counter-notices
If removal or disabling was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where Authflow LLC may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent.
We send the counter-notice to the original complainant and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it 10 to 14 business days after receipt unless our agent first learns of a court action seeking to stop the claimed infringement.
Accuracy and repeat infringers
Knowing material misrepresentations of infringement or mistaken removal can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Consider fair use before sending a notice. In appropriate circumstances, we disable resources and close accounts of creators and subscribers who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
