Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using the services provided by Authflow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Account Registration and Stripe Integration
a. Account Creation: You must create an account to use the features of Authflow. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. Stripe Integration: You are required to link a valid Stripe account through Stripe Connect to receive payments. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Stripe account information.
​
c. Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Service Provision
a. Configuration and Setup: Authflow provides configuration scripts and instructions for setting up the paywall on your chatbot or GPT. You acknowledge that the success of these implementations depends on your correct application of these configurations.

b. Service Availability: We aim to provide the Service 24/7 but may face disruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant interruptions and restore the Service as swiftly as possible.

User Responsibilities
a. Compliance: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or distributing illegal content.

b. Content Management: You are responsible for all content that you transmit or process through your chatbot or GPT, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. Authflow reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that:

Infringe upon the rights of others.

Are harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

Fees and Payments
a. Fees: The fees for using Authflow are set forth on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

b. Revenue Share and Payouts: Authflow will distribute the revenue generated through your paywalls on a weekly or monthly basis as per your preference. Payouts will be processed through your linked Stripe account.
​
c. Payment Terms: Fees are due as described in the Service, and late payments may be subject to additional charges.
d. Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid will not be refunded except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Handling of Funds and Account Actions in Case of Illegal Activities
a. Frozen Funds: If we suspect or detect any illegal activities associated with your account, we reserve the right to freeze the funds in your account. This means you cannot withdraw, transfer, or access the money until the situation is resolved.
b. Review and Investigation: Authflow will conduct a review or investigation to determine the reasons for the suspected violation. This can take a few days to several weeks.

c. Resolution:

Reinstatement: If Authflow determines that there was no violation or a misunderstanding, we may lift the freeze and restore your account access.

Permanent Ban: If Authflow finds that you violated these Terms, the ban may become permanent.

Access to Funds: In cases of a permanent ban, Authflow may hold the funds for 180 days (6 months) to cover any potential chargebacks or disputes. After this period, you might be able to withdraw the remaining balance, depending on the specific circumstances and the outcome of the review.

d. Communication: Authflow will notify you of the freeze or ban via email, providing details on the reason and any steps you can take to resolve the issue.
​
e. Appeal Process: You may have the option to appeal the freeze or ban by providing additional information or documentation to Authflow.

Intellectual Property
a. Service IP: All intellectual property rights in the Service, its design, and any software, documentation, or data related to the Service belong to Authflow and its licensors.

b. User Content: You retain all your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.
​
Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection regulations and to implement appropriate security measures to protect the data you collect via your chatbot or GPT.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Authflow expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The place of arbitration shall be the United States, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. By continuing to use the Service after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified.
